Our basic navigation areas include the Pacific West Coast, from Alaska to Mexico and the Sea of Cortez. We can also provide coverage for Central America and Panama, allowing for full-time moorage and harbour-hopping in the sun.

Did you know you may not be permitted to clear Mexican Ports if they do not recognize your insurance carrier? Dolphin Insurance is aware of the needs of boaters travelling to international destinations and has coverage available through Lloyds approved carriers recognized in all global ports.

Care to go further South? Dolphin can arrange coverage through the Panama Canal, the Gulf of Mexico and then on to Florida, the waters of the full Caribbean Sea and Central America, anywhere you require to fulfill your coastal cruising dreams.

To complete The Great Circle Route, our Underwriters can also provide marine insurance coverage for the Atlantic East Coast, the Inter Coastal Waterways (ICW) and the Great Lakes. Start your cruise from the Pacific to the Atlantic, or the reverse. Dolphin Insurance can arrange your policy for domestic or offshore registered vessels, as required.
